Not only does HCL bring you the best health and social care job opportunities, we also believe in rewarding our locum candidates for their loyalty. Our Rewards+ scheme is our way of thanking you for making HCL your agency of choice.
The more you work for us, the more points you earn. For every hour worked you’ll gain one point and receive extra bonus points when you hit certain milestones. New candidates start off at Bronze status, eventually upgrading to Silver or Gold status the longer you work with us.
Will my points expire?
If you do not work through HCL for more than 12 months, and are therefore not accruing points, your account will close. If you come back to HCL after 12 months, whilst a new account will be created for you, you will not be able to reclaim any old points. Furthermore, HCL reserves the right to withdraw an individual’s points balance without giving notice.
What is the difference between the Bronze, Silver and Gold status?
Bronze status is awarded to new HCL candidates, with opportunity to earn more points after reaching certain hourly milestones. Point value is 2.5p.
Eligibility: 0 hours+ worked
Silver status is awarded to HCL candidates that have achieved all their bonus milestones within Bronze; the value of the points is doubled to 5p.
Eligibility: 1,560+ hours worked
Gold status is the most prestigious group in the system at 7p per point. Instant registration to the Rewards+ Holiday club, giving each Gold user access to some of the best holiday deals in the market place.
Eligibility: 3,648 hours+ (2,088 as Silver user)
These points can be redeemed from our Rewards+ online shop which has a choice of more than 38,000 gifts, as well as a wide range of vouchers that can be used in more than 75 high street shops.
