A Team Manager is required to work on the Assessment Team in the Fostering Service based at Tamebridge House, Tamebridge Industrial Estate, Aldridge Rd, Perry Barr B42 2TX and Lifford House, Fordhouse Lane, Stirchley, B30 3BW . Candidates must have relevant experience in the field of Childrenâs Services (Fostering) to include Child Protection, S47 investigations, long term care planning, core assessments, Looked After Children and court work, knowledge of the current Child Protection law and policies & be able to meet timescales and deadlines. Experience of Care First would be an advantage. There is is target to recruit 300 foster carers and more applicants need to be processed through to the fostering panel
