We are seeking to recruit a strong, committed and dedicated Peripatetic Project Manager, must be RGN qualified.
As a peripatetic project manager you will work with the Regional Manager. You will provide strong and professional leadership to assure the highest standards of care.
Purpose of role
To undertake projects as set by the Head of Care to improve the care provision
Essential Requirements
RN & NVQ level 4 management
Qualification in Dementia Care
Undertake relevant SOVA training
Be organise and focused
Able to audit, support and clearly identify problems and manage them through a good clear action plan
Good communication and networking skills
Able to team build and prioritise workload
Previously managed a Care Home
Desirable Requirements
Educated to degree level
Mental Health qualification
IT skills
Ability to apply research based practice to day to day care
5 years experience in independent sector
Strong leadership and management qualities are essential for this role.
