HCL RS Social Care is currently looking for a General Manager for a new home in Cheltenham area. This is a 80 bedded nursing and dementia home.
Applicants will need at least 3 years of experience of working as a Home Manager and preferably have experience of commissioning a brand new home.
We are looking for a dynamic manager, drive and enthusiasm to move the home forward under the new regulations and a team player who can lead a team with a firm but gentle approach.
